I just returned from a short (4-day) backpacking trip in the Sierra Nevada. I took a Rollei 35 loaded with Ektar, and a IIIc loaded with TMax 400. I used an Elmar 50/3.5 and CV 28/3.5, both with yellow filters, on the IIIc. The kit was just right.

Just spend 5 days in Berlin. Going by train, I had to travel light: Canon G12 and a Konica S3 for B/W.
Going by car usually means 2 large bags with several cameras and lenses - half of which never leaves the bag - hmm...ought to go by train more often me thinks

This is the result of my trip to Seattle. It was my first trip traveling with the Rolleiflex by itself. Well with a Contax T3 in the pocket but it didn't make many appearances.
It was an interesting experience since I noticed shots I would've taken with the Leica but then again I probably would've skipped some shots since I wouldn't have been thinking 'square'.
