VC 28 2.0 vs Zeiss 28 2.8

Hi,
Which one is better when contrast, sharp and minimal focusing distance are consider? is 0,7m to long for 28mm?

I have both of these lenses and my preference is for the Ultron 28f2. the differences are not that big, but I find the Ultron extremely good at f2.0 and in close. the extra f-stop helps too.
Go to Flickr and tag in the "Voigtlander Ultron 28mm f2.0" and "Zeiss Biogon 28mm f2.8" and there are plenty of samples of both lenses. My opinions are based on shooting bl/w with them. With color, the results might be different.
