Type B or C at some shops available. I purchased a "B" type and it works on my M5
I wonder that in *bay isn´t any chinese back yard factory offering a similar object like the "A".
It is low tech - and if you have the tools easy to build. (production costs must be < 2 US $) I don´t believe that there is a copy right on doubleshoeadapters - and even if, in China ....

I am actually suprised that there arn't more around, if they were so unpopular (thus discontinued) why can't I find one? None from china that I can find, I just don't feel like making one 🙂

I bought a C that I find handy.

I once found an old version of the same type of thing, not as nicely made, in a used camera shop. I cut it to pieces to make cold shoes for two pinhole cameras.

Does anybody knows an alternative manufacturer, source (except *bay 😉 ) to somethink similar like the Voigtländer doubleshoe adapters A,B,C ? I tried to get a second but in vain.

Version A, B and C are still commonly available. Do a search on the web and you will find loads of retailers still stocking it.

I got mine from www.chiifcameras.com recently. I think they still have all 3 versions although only 1 is listed.
