Velvia rocks when you need saturation, color, contrast, warm reds and beautiful grain. Leica M6 with 90mm Elmarit-m, Velvia 100.

I like it too! Most of these were shot with a Minolta CLE and 40mm Rokkor on Velvia 50.

Three weeks ago, I shot Mt. Rainier and the surrounding area on a Kodak Retina iia using Velvia 50. The results were so stunning that I almost got on my knees and started bawling.

I've had mostly great results with Velvia 50, and inconsistent results with the 100f. Ultimately I think it comes down to knowing/understanding the films you use
