Vignetting by using step down adapter 43 -> 39 fpr ZM Planar

i was wondering if a step down ring would cause vignetting on the zm planar?

Most probably it would. What do you want to do? Use smaller filters with a bigger lens? That rarely works.

yes, i wanted to use 39mm filters for the zm planar. a first hand held test showed no visible effekt. for an m9 (or any other digital camera) owner ist should be much more easy to proof this under different situations. any m9 owners with zm planar and kood step down adapter here? probably m9 owners don´t worry about the price of a second set of b+w filters.

the kood adapter doesnt work well witz b+w fpro 39 mm filters, its impossible to fix them properly.
