Vitessa -T

The one thing about Gene is you could put a piece of sheet film at the bottom of an oatmeal box, make a pin hole in the top cover and uses a piece of duct tape for a shutter and he'll invariably have an interesting photo to post.

Put an classic RF with an Ultron in his hands and it just gets even better.

Excellent pictures, and a nice looking camera too.
What's the pole on the top left part of the camera?

You should post this images in the Gallery, so everybody can see them.

That's the famous Vitessa plunger. It advances the film and cocks the shutter. The Vitessa was kind of a technological tour de force in its day. The Vitessa was originally a folder and the T version added interchangeable lenses.

- cameraquest.com - has more to say about the Vitessa.

Wow. That is quite an interesting camera, the body looks quite modern for the folding sytem, thanks Andrew.

Great performing camera. It is a model that has always intrigued me, especially the ones with the barn doors. After seeing how they perform maybe it is time to join the club.
