Vitessa

Welcome Gene M !🙂 you can simply cut&paste the link directly and it will be automatically shortened if it's too long to fit the text box, this way

I think there's a FAQ somewhere around. Also the 'post reply' button will give you more options than the quick text box alone.

Btw I've been reading and enjoying your threads on the classic camera forum at PN, and love the found film stories, thanks for visiting the RFF ! 😀

your vitessa is terribly sexy, and your pics are very good too. If I had not already too many cameras...

I have read this elsewhere: Be very careful when advancing the film with the lens focussed closer than 4'. The internal mechanism can apparently jam on the focus wheel's internals.

I have the Vitessa N with its F3.5 Skopar, and a Vitessa T with its interchangeable lens. The folders are beautiful, but I wish Voigtlander had made the RF easier to calibrate!

Some folks certainly know how to make a Retina IIIc owner green with envy. The photography is first rate as well.

Dumb question: Was that Velvia or print film that you were using?

Also, I'm looking forward to whatever treasures you can get out of your Spectator Flash! 😉

I'd be cautious about the "little scratch." Any optical imperfection will decrease the value greatly. It still will take wonderful photos but its resell value will be impacted. If you're truly interested get a money back guarantee.
