VM 35mm f1.2 Nokton Focusing Issue

good day mates!

just had a 35mm f1.2 NOKT, does anyone had focusing problems on it? I heard that when you focus from infinity to 1 meter is different on focusing from .7 meter to 1 meter.

which way is better then.


I saw my neg and some of my photos are off focus by 2 inch I think and some are ok.


any Idea?

I have the chrome version, and never had any problems focusing with it. 🙂

What camera are you using? On some cameras it may be harder to focus it - Bessas more so than Leicas. I never had issues with it on Hexar RF, M6 or Bessa.

works fine with my M2, issues came out when I used it on RD1 and bessa r2. I havent seen results from my M4-P yet.

I also find this problems on some russian lens like j9.
