Voigtlander 21mm with Filter. Is it OK?

I'm just about to buy a Voigtlander 21mm f4 M bayonet lens.

Usually I keep a B+W skylight KR 1.5 filter on a lens as a see through lens cap.

Given the wide angle of view of the 21mm will the filter cause any vignetting?

The lens comes with a small screw-on hood. Put the filter on instead of the hood and it shouldn't vignette.

If you do have a problem, B+W make specially thin filters and mounts to overcome this problem. they cost more than the standard filters though.

I use a Heliopan yellow filter on mine most of the time. It fits inside the small hood that comes with the lens. No problems that I can see. The hood protrudes a little further forward thatn the filter.
The only potential problem might be that the hood will not fit over(around) some filters. I have a BW 2xND and that one works fine as well.
