Voigtlander 40mm f/2.0 Ultron SL

Over the summer, I finally grabbed a NICE Voigtlander 40mm f/2.0 Ultron SL for my Nikon SLR cameras. I strapped it to the Nikon F3/T and shot a roll of Portra 160 through it in July. Very nice looking lens and performs as expected. It compliments the camera as well 🙂

I have the Voigtlander 40mm f/2.0 Ultron SL in M42 mount. I use it on my Bessaflex TM camera. Even with some cheap Fujifilm 100 ISO color print film the results are outsatanding.

I have the same set up but hardly use my M42 set up anymore. The mirror on the Bessaflex shattered and I haven't figured out how to get it repaired in an efficient manner (I live in Israel). Would love to have the Nikon version instead...

It doesn't get much use these days, but my Ultron has been mounted to my F3MN since the day I got it. They're a perfect match.
