Heliar 75mm f1.8. Agfa Scopix X-ray film. This film has a very limited anti halation backing, hence the wild flare. This is @ f1.8. Packard's famous "donut pusher" ornament.
I develop the Scopix in Beutler 1:1:10 for 10 minutes - rate it at 100 iso.

Do you know if the promised CV 75mm f1.8 in nikon AIS mount is ever going to come out? I think it was announced about 2 years ago.

Danny,

what camera are you using the lens on? the low-contrast shots are very reminiscent of the Hektor 1.9/73mm, which is nearly the same lens formula as this Heliar 1.8/75mm.

I'm betting that if you would finish the lower contrast images in B&W, the difference with a Hektor 1.9/73mm shot would be almost non-existent (and I'd like to see one of those great shots in B&W, I might add...)

To all, what about the lens design of the Heliar? Filter size, build quality, brass or alloy? Painted or anodized?
