Voigtlander Fujica Bessa III Filter Compensation

Can I assume you have to change the ASA or add compensation when you use a filter with the Bessa III?

Yes, no TTL metering. I suppose if you were doing static, tripod-type, shooting you could put your filter over the meter cell before putting it on the lens.
