Some more info at Leica Rumours, including tech specs and a lens diagram.
Has anyone seen a photo of the vented hood it will sell with?

Voigtlander 75mm f1.5 Vintage Line VM lens mounted on R3M.
I picked it up yesterday and I would have tried it out today but I wound up needing to go to the dentist instead. If the weather agrees I'll be out tomorrow for a first go at creating some images.

Looks really nice. Eager to see the photos you'll make with it!

Very pretty, Mike. I like it in silver. Ditto looking forward to your pictures
PS I'm wondering if the CL's baseline is too short for accurate focus. Only an academic interest..

Mike, I see you like your camera, integrated amp and lap top in silver, too.
All four are pretty (not sure about the computer tho ;-)

The CL rangefinder baseline is probably close to the Bessa that Mike's got the lens on Lynn. So maybe he could do the purely academic testing for you if you asked him nicely...Very pretty, Mike. I like it in silver. Ditto looking forward to your pictures

I may need one of those in black for my M6 and M262....
Here is the RF Accuracy chart for various cameras, showing the 75/1.4

Can someone explain this chart to me?

Those high numbers in red mean “not a chance in hell” of that specific focal length and speed working well with that particular body.
Can also click on the OK/Not OK button on the bottom left of the browser window.
"Not OK" just means focus will be iffy wide-open. Have to stop down to one of the "OK" apertures to ensure accuracy (assuming the camera rangefinder is calibrated.)
Of course, some lenses even if "OK" when stopped down, may have other problems, such as viewfinder or rangefinder window blockage.

A CD player under the amp is silver too!
Yes, I do like silver but black is cool too. As well as a champagne gold colored Contax G2.
All the best,
Mike

Re. chart...thanks guys...not sure if my own shooting experience concurs with these findings though...
The chart doesn't necessarily mean that missed focus is guaranteed, it's just a guideline. Focus errors with marginal setups (i.e., too short baselength for a given aperture/focal length) will be more apparent/likely at close distances.
