Voigtlander Lens Case

I just bought a 28mm f3.5 SC Voigtlander lens and have been highly impressed with it so far. It's actually the first and only lens that I've ever boughten new and wanted to keep it in said condition. The lens didn't come with a case so I was hoping that someone with a similarly sized lens could recommend a good lens case for me to use. Feel free to use this thread as a suggestion for lens cases for differently sized Voigtlander lenses. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer.

Ooooh, Thanks for the idea! I did some research about it on cameraquest.com but it's too bulky for me since I don't really use an external finder.

I too use this lens but I did break down and buy the viewfinder. It does help a bit. The case at Cameraquest is not that bulky, and besides, it will hold a J 8 or j3 when you are using the 28.

If you want something even cheaper and less bulky try earphone bags from Sony (or whomever). They're little pouches with enough padding to stop scratches.

Indeed, if these are hard to come by then I remember someone had a link to jewellery pouches on eBay last week.

I had asked a similar question a while back and people recomended those microfiber sunglass pouches. Not too much protection, but definetly not bulky. Actually thats what I am using at the moment but would like something more padded.

Yeah I kind of want a hard case (but not bulky - a bit of a contradiction). The domke thing looks nice but I'll probably just break down and get the CV one. Too bad the Nikon F stuff I have is a too big for it's S's counterpart stuff.
