Nice photos everyone. Mike’s photos makes me realize how much I want to return to Japan for another visit.
I used to own v1, which was magic on my Epson RD1s, but didn’t seem to be anything special on the Sony A7R. I sold the RD1s, A7R and v1. I just recently bought a Fuji XT-2 and now own the CV 35/1.2 v2. I’ve only shot that combo around the house, but the XT-2 sensor and processing engine does wonders with this lens, at least to my eyes. I can’t wait to try to try it out on the streets.

Voigtlander 35mm f1.2 v.2 on Leica M (262)
I originally bought this lens with idea that it would be replaced by a Leica lens when I could afford it. Now, I'm not sure I want to part with it. I recently added a Leica 50mm Summicron v.3. I enjoy the 50 not obstructing the viewfinder but in my estimation it doesn't perform as well as the Voigtlander. I fear I'm losing my snobbery!
