guys,
i am pretty excited about this, ordered the 20mm and the 40mm, planning to use them mostly for street shooting with my 7D and 5D2. did a quick video to show how small they are mounted on the body and compared to 50mm 1.4 and 28mm 2.8 (one of canon's smallest lenses) direct link

Congrats. I'm selling a NIB 20/3.5 in Nikon mount in the classifieds. It feels like a perfect street lens, strong, small and sharp!
Enjoy and please share your impressions and results.
Thanks.

I've been using the 40 on my 5DII for about 6 weeks now. It's brilliant. I love the size, build and IQ. A great lens. I'm looking forward to what you think of the 20, since I'm now tempted by that one, too.
Also, let us know if you find it usable on the 7D. I found it harder to use the 40 on that body without a replaceable screen.

I will. so far I really dig them, it is like having a body w/o a lens. will update after I get some shooting time, probably after the weekend..

I use the 40mm on a 5DII and am very pleased. It's sharp, with a lovely, delicate rendering. The manual focus action is a particular pleasure.
Sean Reid's review gave the bokeh mediocre marks, but I've found it to be very nice.
