Voigtlander Vito 70?

Does anyone know anything at all about this camera? I know its not made by Cosina like the Bessa, and it looks to me like it may be a rebadged Rollei, perhaps; but ever other Rollei compact that I have seen uses a Schneider lens,

Given that Rollei also released cameras (Rollei Prego Micron) that were based on Ricoh's, I wouldn't be surprised to find that this Voigtlander's heritage can also be traced to one of the Ricoh compacts..
