Hi, I have a Nikon Coolscan V, and I am using vuescan to scan some old and dusty negatives. I would like to use ICE and to be able to export the images as raw format (negative) to be able to use Color perfect in PS, is this possible?

You'll need the pro version of vuescan to output raw.
In the Filter tab set Infrared clean to Light (usually enough).
In the Output tab select Raw file and set Raw output with: to Save. You presumably want 48bit RGB.
I haven't tried colorperfect, but I output as dng and take it into Lightroom from there. Carefully setting exposure and locking film base color helps get the colors right.

You haven't mentioned: are those color, or b&w negatives. You can't use Ice on latter. Also: usually the output from negatives is not as contrasty as to warrant the RAW output.

Since the op mentioned color perfect it is safe to assume the negs are color. I think especially with negatives using raw is important because you need to do more stretching of the tonal scale to get normal contrast and to get the colors right.
