Nice winter day and quite a bridge. Is the "bowstring" structural at all? where is this?
"The bridge designer, Leslie Howa of Howadesign, said her inspiration for the design and Bow Bridge moniker came from her passion for archery and the Native American history of the Wood River Valley.
Obviously it is the artist's right to name the bridge that she herself designed. But when you posted the first pictures of it here a few weeks ago, without its name, I immediately thought "Mastodon Bridge!" owing to its tusks. (Why not just "elephant," I don't know, but "mastodon" came into my mad mind.) It is beautiful, anyway. I'd be photographing the dickens out of it, as you're doing, if I lived somewhat nearby.
