It's in New Mexico's Socorro County, called VLA, Very Large Array, Radio Astronomy Observatory,

'Contact' (1997 dir by Robert Zemeckis) the movie, a kind of made it an interesting place to visit...it's in the middle of nowhere in the desert 50 miles west of Socorro...



well, the space is huge and the speed of light ( radio wave) is...slow...so no ET found yet 🤷‍♂️
