Oh, what a beauty! How are Tasha and the cats going to react?

I imagine the cats will adjust. However, I've got some sad news.

Tasha developed hemangiosarcoma and we euthanized her at the end of August. It grew like a wildfire and metastasized into her lungs before we even knew she had it.

You can see the sarcoma in the x-ray; it's the large white mass at the center of her abdomen:

I miss her so much and I know she would have loved having a puppy to take care of- she treated the cats like they were her own pups.

RIP, sweet, happy girl.

Ahhhhhh Maggie! SO sorry to hear of Tasha! Bless her heart--I know she was well loved. Dogs are fantastic creatures.

Best to you and the new pup--what's her name?
