In Yokohama Chinatown there are numerous shops that sell tasty handmade delicacies; dumplings, sweet pastries, cookies... all kinds of things. In some of the shops one can see the workers all dressed in white behind a glass window making these treats. To me it looks like hard tedious work that must be accomplished to a high standard. This is one of those workers on the main street of Chinatown.
