The almost always beautiful Columbia River. It is the Hudson River writ large. This is looking upriver in the early morning from east of the Astoria West Mooring Basin to the Astoria Anchorage where ships await berths upriver, taken with a Leica M9 and the venerable Cook Amotal 2", f/2.0. Believe it or not, this is a color photo.
My view at sunset on a regular overcast, foggy day. They say the Inuit have like a hundred words for different kinds of snow. Maybe we should have a bunch of words for the various grey and overcast days here. LOL Pixii A1571 with Cooke Amotal 2" f/2.0. This is a color photo.
