First feed the eye. Tofu and eggplant. Yes, I know it is out of focus. But the color, composition and promise of good food making a good meal are too much to let slide, unnoticed. This little restaurant in Seaside, OR, The New Garden, is worth a stop. After a trip to Mainland China and Hong Kong and 20 years in the SF Bay area I can assure you this is a good restaurant. And the people who run it are first class. Et voici -
