A few more 1960's and 1970's vintage Chinese watches. The Shanghai was made in late 1950's. The Dongfeng brand watch was made in late 1960's and encased a home developed in-house ST5 movement.

I sold off a load of my camera gear and bought this last year to replace my 30 year old Submariner I gave to my daughter. Hopefully I'll be wearing this for the next 30!

As a co-founder, and one of the moderators of the WUS Chinese mechanical watches forum, I have hundreds of these vintage Chinese watches made since late 1950's.🙂 The two shown were made in early 1960's and 1970's in Beijing and Shanghai respectively. I actively collected them for a few years since 2005 for historical documentation, and most gained value since then.

I really like the top one.

I have a vintage Omega from the 40s - Cal 265. The dial has been restored, obviously. A Fab Suisse from France. It's no Patek, but I love it anyway.

Is that a 35mm case size on that reference?

You are right, it's a 35mm SS case, ref #3466.
The caliber is a 27-460 (but I guess you already knew that)

I've been a big fan of Nomos watches and the company itself since the original Tangente, right when they came up with their Alpha movement (Very early Nomos used Peseux 7001).

I've had a few models over the years, but this is my one and only automatic from Nomos and actually in my (small) collection.

No, It's 35mm (which I could and would gladly pull off)
