A rattle can or two of Chevy engine block orange will fix that puppy right up.

An image from '010 with my YashicaMat. Sadly only 2 remain, but the motor, trans assembly from one will live on in another project vehicle. Peter

ps; Do you think yellow will factor into it?

Sug: I had a '70 T120R, not much different. Know every bolt. Nice job! Looks like you have all the bits. Modern ignition/charging? Don't see the Z. diode.

Among the best bikes ever.

Thanks bigeye.

She's mostly stock but not "collector grade" stock. Yep the ignition is Boyer, and a few little bits aren't stock (like '68 spec front drum brake, chromed footrests etc, but I'm not a collector and I'll be modifying a few more bits (nothing crazy, but I just can't keep things stock. ;))

That Trumpy looks like it would be fun in the dirt Dayrell. I'm guessing a mid-fifties 500 Tiger 100 motor in a BSA frame with BSA gearbox. The BSA gearchange was better under pressure than the Triumph in my experience. And presumably the frame is stronger too. Great special.
