Took my new-to-mc friend out for a ride to Point Reyes Station. Good to put some miles on my Hyper. We definitely need some serious rain this winter in the SF Bay Area, but I'm hoping to get as many winter rides as I can.

^^ Dayrell , I lusted after one of those in my youth , fortunately I ended up with a
1969 BSA Lightning instead . Without that bike I'd have probably had a totally different
life , that being due to it's frequency of failure (like that line) I ended up eventually becoming a motorcycle mechanic for 42 years . Hail Britannia ! Peter

My dad had one when I was a kid (late 60s -early 70s)on a sidecar , he was given a spare engine by a friend ,the bike had kicked back and broke his leg . when the engine turned up he hadnt even unbolted it he had Just sawn through the frame all round .
