How quickly things change.

The Pheasant Run resort, hotel and conference center has been a fixture in the far west suburbs for close to 60 years. It closed on March 1 of this year, and this photo was taken two nights prior. This past week, heavy storms rolled through the area and standing water (or something?) caused much of that canopy roof to collapse. So it no longer looks like this. (D750 photo + HDR)
