Island Lake under a third quarter moon. Accidentally left the aperture at f/2.8 (I meant to stop down more) for this approximately three hour exposure. There was a group of campers around a fire in the lower right corner of the frame.

On the first evening of my first visit to Montreal I suddenly came on to this pool hall. The M10 was still in the never-ready bag, but I managed these couple of snaps.
I loved photographing after dark back when I was shooting b&w film. My photos looked like they were shot in minimal light with burnt out highlights and blocked up shadows. But technology progressed to where current night shots look like they could have been shot anytime.
