This is in Cueto (a small town in rural eastern Cuba) - " Negro"(as he is commonly known) sells a total pig’s worth of pork meant every day. He slaughters a pig every day at sunrise, sells the meat during the day, and goes home when everything is sold out. You can't get fresher meat than his. (this photo may have been shown here before as it is one of my favorites)
