Why bathroom self-portraits? Guess because that's where we find our best mirrors and lighting indoors.

Once, after stepping out of the shower, I saw my wife about to leave the house in a very brightly-colored outfit. I rushed to grab a camera and shot a picture of her as she was passing a mirror. The pic was very cute, so I put a copy of it on one of those digital pictures frames along with 60 or 70 other family shots and then sent it off to my mother as a birthday gift. Only after sending the frame did I realize that I was faintly visible in the background in my birthday suit. An entirely unintended self-portrait. Naked and not in the bathroom. Must remember that THE ANGLE OF INCIDENCE IS EQUAL TO THE ANGLE OF REFLECTION next time. Happy Mothers Day! Hope my mom is still enjoying that digital frame.
