Sometime, mid eighties. This was my first medium format camera. Any guesses? Yep, a Lubitel 166B. I loved that camera as it was 'so different' to the 35mm format I was used to.

I took a wet plate workshop on Saturday, and we argued a bit about what constitutes a "self portrait". For our purposes, we agreed that if we set up the shot, coated the plate, developed and varnished the plate, then it was considered a selfie. Even though an assistant removed and replaced the lens cap for the exposure. (We purposely ignored any legal definition.) So, here is a beginners wet plate self port..

I have a few. The first from 1975, shot with a Praktika SLR resting in the front seat of a 1964 VW van. TriX, about 2-3 sec exposure.
The second one, 2007, while restoring a Morris Minor. Camera is a Moskva 3 or 4
