The Leica has minimal buttons and controls, and here the shutter was tripped seemingly without the need for an index finger. But in case I get some modern whizz bang camera I have been working on adapting to having more fingers for the many controls of such a camera....
A few months ago with my wife and youngest daughter. The XA4’s 28mm lens is perfect for family selfies like this. Expired Kodak Gold 400 exposed @ISO200. Lab developed and V700 scan processed in LR6. Slight crop.
Tuna, I don't think I've ever seen you post anything less than outstanding photographs here at RFF; your images are always well composed, have excellent content and are always creative. This image is all those things and somehow more! Well done and thank you for sharing.
I wanted to show a couple of people a picture of me on my early morning walk by the river. I put the camera with the f5.6 28 Summaron on a treated pine post and walked towards it. I ended up turning my head to see when it was going to fire as I walked towards it with some motion blur resulting. My right hand and left leg are still and sharp. Haven't noticed this in a portrait before. I didn't think enough about the obligatory f stop and the resulting 1/60s at ISO 160. A first, or failure....
