What's cooking in your kitchen?

Chicken soup on the left; matzo balls on the right.

Greyscale, you're very observant; but, no, fortunately no sniffles here. Just a little chill in the air and chicken in the fridge that was going nowhere but into the pot.

This became eggplant and ground pork in a chili garlic sauce. It's also my first (decent) picture from my newly acquired M8.2 :)

A bread round is proving on top of the stove.
No pics - 'her that is the kitchen boss is cleaning the work top!'

No pic but I currently have a small leg of lamb and some potaoes cooking away in a cob oven ... amazing things!

Has any one else here used one?

Keith - what's a cob oven? We have a Stanley - an oil fired stove that cooks, heats water, and supplies all the central heating.

These Habanero peppers are soon to become Frank's Real Hot Sauce.
(I love hot sauce.)

No cooking necessary. Just blend up peppers, garlic, onion, honey, olive oil, salt.

It was in summer, a lunch with products from "le marché d'Arles" : Tomates roses russes & échalottes fraîches, salade de pisseurs, picpoul de Pinet, lisette au vin blanc et lardons sur lit de fenouil, raisin chasselas.

My kitchen, just paint by myself : I'm very proud of it!
