If you're asking if the forum software can resize images, I don't believe so.

If it's a more basic question... You'll need some kind of photo editing software to do resizing. E.g., Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, etc. A command line tool like Imagemagick can do it, too. (Actually, it can resize every image in a folder in one swoop.)

If you have a Flickr account, Flickr will resize large images to approx. 800x600. All you need to do then is get the URL of a Flickr image and bracket it with

Thanks, Mark. I love Portra400NC. Its rep is based on portraits, but it's great for landscapes and street shots too. I was racing to get this shot on a chilly December evening, as the sun was dipping below the clouds on the horizon. I think this was hand-held at 1/30th, probably at f4.

Thanks Gene; note the crow on the street light across the street... cold feet? 🙂 Some nice shots in the thread, Gabriel's surprise, and I like Bruce's linked from the Gallery. Shoveling snow can indeed be a good workout if not overdone. Whew!
