If so, please contact me via private message.

I have one, including the rare 35mm slide stack loader. I'm moving, and it's time to say goodbye to it, especially because I am no longer shooting film.

I will basically consider sending it to you free of charge if you pay the shipping. It requires a Windows XP computer with a SCSI adapter. No Mac software for modern Macs. However, if you don't have a Windows XP machine, I'll give you that, too. (Again, you pay the shipping.)

If you are still shooting 35mm or APS film, you really want to have one of these. Here are some words I put in a thread a few years ago:

... you have a really good ultra-high-speed, moderate quality scanner. It will buzz through uncut rolls of 35mm or stacks of mounted slides in maybe 5 to 10 seconds per image.

I used the Sony mainly to make previews and proofs of new rolls (or new slides) as I shot them. I used a higher-res scanner (a Minolta 5400) to make prints for presentation.

I also had a long-term project to make archival copies of old negatives and slides, which it does well.

So, if you are interested, please PM me. It will be around for another few days at least, maybe as much as a couple of weeks, before I have to trash it, which would be a shame. There's nothing wrong with the equipment, and I hate to trash it if one of you has a need for it.

Hi, folks.

This appears to be spoken for now. Thanks to the group of you who expressed interest. Nice to think the machine is heading to an appreciative home.
