Washing prints

Hey,

Last night I practiced a little more and did two dozen prints, most of them are still in a tray of water. Usually I put them in the sink and just wash them for a few minutes, how would I do this with that many prints though? Any ideas? I could of course do it one by one, but would it work if I'd just let water flow into the tray with all the prints? And how long would it take?

There are some washer for prints. May wash 10 pcs at one time.
It is connect to flowing water, so usually I wash 10 pcs together in 30 mins.

You can wash them all together in the tray in running water. Every once in a while just take a look at them and shuffle them around a bit. I shuffle them by taking the bottom ones and bringing them to the top. Just to be sure they are all getting washed and not sticking together. I go 20-30min for RC prints. Longer for Fiber prints in a print washer.

rc paper needs about 5 minutes tops. it's designed to not absorb a whole lot of fixer. fiber based papers, however, should be washed for about an hour if you're only using running water. i use washaid which cuts the wash time down to about 20 minutes total. basically, you rinse under running water for 5 minutes, let it soak in the washaid for 10 minutes, then back under running water for 5 minutes.
