Waterfall is too sexy, how do I get approved?

I still have my 2010 Iceland album cover labeled as "Image Pending Approval." The image in question is a waterfall. Any idea how I can resolve this?'

Great! I just went to try but I find getting into the Gallery mod panel a little above my abilities some times.
