Does anyone have the wide angle lens? And if so, how does it attach to the 23mm lens, and is it easy or difficult. How about what you see through the OVF.

Is the fixed lens compromised in any way, and is the lens worth the cost?

I know that I've asked lots of questions but back in the day the 28mm focal length was my favorite, and it would be nice once again to be able to shoot with it.
 
Surely someone has these as I believe they've been available for some time.
 
The WCL-X100 (as well as the new one) screw into the filter thread or the lens when the decorative ring is taken off.

Adds quite a bit to the weight, but handled very well. It felt really good holding it, cradling the lens in my left hand.

Optical quality is outstanding (can only speak for the WCL), and it keeps the same initial aperture of 2.0

Needs a bit of care whel screwing the adapter on, but no big deal.... just don't drop it :eek:
