Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

A Baby Shower for my wife's business partner...surprise...she asked me last night if I was planning on taking picture...I guess I'm taking a camera...
Sunday is a convention planning meeting that I'll be shooting in September...

I ended up taking photos of the sunset at Pensacola Beach. I used the M9 with the 35 Lux, and the M8 with the Rigid Summicron.

Today I went for a short hike with my AE-1P. Shot most of the roll of Kodak UC400 film. Weather was very calm. Tomorrow will be even nicer in the upper 60's. May go for a walk around Old Salem.

It is a new weekend, and I am energized to take some photos.
Tomorrow morning will be a basketball tournament for Dana.

What are you planning to do?

Dinner tomorrow in Panama City.., it is Linda's birthday today.

Not sure where to stay for one evening but will figure that out when we get there.

Which camera? The M6 and M3...

If it

If it

Well, if it snows, will go to the mountains & do a walk.
Need to shoot the S3. Haven't shot. With it since a CLA. Been nice for quite a while with temps in 50's.
Y'all get me motivated & Raid, thanks for this thread.

A friend gave me an old Nikon 50/2 AI. It was his late father's, so I promised him a print. Cool today, but I will get one!

This old thread has over 1.3 million views so far. Anyone can start a post for any weekend in it. It has become like a weekly newspaper on RFF weekend activities.

I used the pre-asph 35 Lux for three shots yesterday. I knew that having an overcast day with white sky will create a great "lightbox" for portraits, so the white sand beaches worked well for this purpose. As expected, the portraits came out "nice looking", with colors like pastel of the clothes and the face.

I like to use it to focus on something I would like to accomplish in any given weekend. It really helps. I did not get my print shot yesterday, leaving me 15 hours to do so.

Thanks for the thread, Raid.

There are only 52 weekends per year, so it is useful to read about other RFF members' activities to motivate others to plan anything at all.

I'll be using my computer to collate and organize 2014 tax data for to complete the tax returns for my interiors photography business.

Maybe next weekend I can begin scanning some of my Tri-X negatives for 1971-72 for a long-delayed book project.

Heh... Just finished a roll in my F2. First this year. Two more rolls up to finish this weekend in the FE2's.

I wish I felt good enough to develop my own but not yet.

Tonight, though, the R8 has caught my eye. Been a long time so I guess it is time for a refresher of the manual tomorrow.
