Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

This weekend I need to photograph some artwork for our local art gallery. Will use the M240 for that. And I just put a roll of Ferrania P30 in my old Canon 7s. Now that I'm fully vaccinated against Covid, I may walk around and do a bit of street photography.

Beautiful deep blue sky today in northern Michigan, but cold with a wicked north wind. But we're heading up to the Straits of Mackinac to look at the blue ice. Taking along my cell phone for color pics, snd some rangefinder with a roll of some B&W film (we'll see what I grab).

At home (due covid skyrocketing in my area) i need to try something exciting...
Maybe that Noctilux 50/1.2...just kidding, out of budget LOL
Maybe I'll put on the M10 one of my Lomo lens (via Nikon adapter) and see what happens...keep in touch...

Beautiful, sunny, spring day in northern Michigan (but windy). I grabbed my Canon L1 and a roll of Ultrafine 100 B&W film and took pics of a nearby small town.

Beautiful afternoon without the usual cool spring breezes; took a walk around the neighborhood with the M240 with 50 C-Sonnar, made some shots on the 1.35mi distance (according to SleepTracker app on the cell phone). May do a different route tomorrow...

I was contacted by an old friend from church and asked if I would photograph her now high school "Senior"...
So tomorrow I will meet them a park of his choosing and see what we can come up with...
Should be a nice day for shooting outside, if the rain stays away...

I just got back from Joe Patti's Seafood in Pensacola. Several pelicans were "modeling" for me. I got close to them, and I used the M10 with the CV 50/2 APO.

What are your weekend plans so far?

Probably not much. I had an unplanned model photo shoot this past Monday, so have a lot of PS work I need to do. Plus the weather sounds lousy, so maybe I'll stay in and finish up some house projects we've been working on.

It is weekend again!
We have lots of sunshine. I hope to be able to take some photos with the M10.

What are your plans for the weekend?

Heading back into the darkroom after a 7 year hiatus. Just developed a roll of Foma 200 to try under the enlarger.

Heading downstate to visit family this Easter weekend. We have a new great niece in the family, so imagine I'll take many pics of her. Maybe also walk around their town and take some street photos too. On film.

Will take my Canon P and Summar lens and see what damage I can do with a roll of Kodak Gold 200. The high mag of the Canon P viewfinder makes it easier to focus the lens that is why I did not pick up the Canon 7.

Tomorrow is opening day for trout season and that’s always fun to photograph. Canon digital for work and M6ttl for me. Should be out for a couple of hours and then darkroom and photoshop. I would like to do a local volunteer fire company’s benefit auction, the first mud sale in a year, but there will be too many people for me until I get my second shot.

A dear friend asked if I would shoot a full length shot of her for the front cover and another for the rear cover of a book she's working on...
She had a lady all set up to do the shot but at the last minute the lady said she could not meet the tight deadline to get the photo to the Editor.
She asked if I could do it and that is what I'm doing on Sunday...
I will leave her with the files and allow her people to do what they will with them...I plan on shoot in RAW and JPEG...

I've never shot Foma film before, but Freestyle had a killer sale recently I couldn't pass up. So I have a roll of Fomapan 100 currently in my Rolleiflex 6006. Need to finish off the roll and process. Hopefully tomorrow.

Even though it is pouring rain, we are driving to a nice restaurant with the family. My phone is my camera due to the rain.
