Just had (2) Fiat 124 Sport Coupes come into shop...

One complete car and one shell. Unique and hard to find. Planning to start dismantling this weekend to save both by restoration. Will document progress with my 5D or my Fujifilm S2 Pro. The complete car has a modded engine (routine acceptable mods by enthusiast standards). May end up as a race car. Shell considered for complete stock restore.

Must get going on this, because I just today negotiated and purchased a 1969 Chevrolet 3 door suburban shell to come into my shop next weekend to be slated for full restoration to show at car shows.

All my cars, and as I said, this is the extent of my photography at present, progress documentation.

My interests go far beyond photography, but it's a nice break now and then.

May use one of my two Canon 90's if I can find time to round up some film.

It is weekend again.
The weather is not bad at all here, and I will take some photos with my Rolleiflex TLR this afternoon.

What will you be up to?

Weather is getting better here in Switzerland. Have a week short vacation and rented a convertible (new Renault Mégane CC) for short trips and my ongoing photo project, hunting sundials

Started today with Fujicolor C 100 in Ricoh 500GX.

dct: Cool Renault...happy hunting!

I shot so much film in so short a frame of time (on both coasts, no less), that I've been busy with the backlog. The digital contact sheets have been made, and selects have been chosen, but I've had lots of other stuff intervene, so the big-time scanning's going slow. Had a tech gig postponed from today to tomorrow, so I think I'll take advantage of that and slip off to IFC in Manhattan to (finally!) catch the Bill Cunningham doc. Might have the little Contax with me, but my mind's mostly set on catching a good flick in a dark, cool space.

This Weekend in Wrinkle City

This Weekend in Wrinkle City

:cool:A good friend had a small B-day party, she's 70 years young. I used the Bess r with a J-3 to Get some shots. We also used the Sony Cyb-shot as a back up camera. Should have tasted that cake, WOW. Going out tomorrow will try for some beach shots. Will likely bring a Canon P with the Canon 35mm 2.8.

Just left a 50th birthday bash of a brother-in-law. I took snapshots of the party and some informal portraits. Someone ask if my M8 was "one of those old timey cameras". I love it.

Planning to catch some of the Lowell Folk Fest later today with the Contax + Helios 50/1.8 for color and Bessa-L + Elmar 90/4 for b/w. Will have to stop down a lot because of the L being guess-focus, but Arista 400 and bright sunshine should cover that.

I've mainly been developing and scanning some rolls I did during the last few weeks. Of particular interest were some rolls I shot with a 6x12 pinhole Holga. Haven't scanned anything yet but negs look promising.

Beach shoot yesterday in Liverpool .
Two M bodies ,50 CM Sonnar , 90 Elmarit and a GRD for something to look at whilst the film is being dev.

Hi Michael,
I will most likely travel to Europe with a similar outfit; two M bodies plus one digital camera for snapshots to share quickly.

M6 + Hexar RF + EP-2

I will be traveling to Europe the next two weeks, so someone here needs to keep this thread alive.

I decided to trim down what I take with me on this trip, which will include some beautiful vistas in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria (the places we plan to visit are located very close to each other).

M6 + 35/1.4 Lux + CV 25/4 + 90/2.8 Elmarit
Olympus EP-2 + 14mm-42mm zoom

What will you be doing?

Hi Raid

An RF bring your prints meet/shoot,chat in Manchester tomorrow.
A flying visit for me as I`m out to a concert in the evening but I need to see if I can get my Pentax ME repaired....oh and reunite daughter with her phone which she left behind at home the other day.
I have six frames to finish in my M3 ....it`ll be touch and go whether I do :)
Hope you have a great trip...take care.
