Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

Very Nice!

I get a good sense of the storm from viewing your photo.

Absolutely beautiful, really.

Thanks. I have many more images from today's visits to the beach. They closed down a large portion of the roads at the beaches due to sand corrosion.

It is weekend!
I used the Canon FD 7.5mm on the EP-2 for a 15mm perspective at the beach today.

What are you up to?

Shot high school football last night. I'm shooting some portraits for a friend tomorrow morning, then our local 9/11 tribute for fun tomorrow night.

I am unhappy about the lack of sharpness in the images from yesterday. The old Canon FD 7.5mm 5.6 circular fish eye lens is not sharp on the Olympus EP-2.

Well, this weekend, nothing photography related. Nothing.

Had to stay up late Friday night and got up before dawn to finish processing and deliver a flash drive loaded up with images from last week's photoshoot but it has been a very un-photographic weekend and I loved it!

Like music, the pauses between the notes are very important.

I took a few shots with Rollei "nightbird", just to try it out.

I tried "redbird", was disappointed. (Should have ignored the rated ISO.)

worked a volleyball tournament yesterday for 14 hours (not photographically; my bride is an assistant coach), but i did make a couple of shots that might be worth uploading layer in the week when the roll is finished; gonna develop an older roll tonight ...

We gad amazingly nice weather today in Pensacola. It was 66 F until 10am, warming up to 82Fwith blue skies. I will take photos tomorrow. I will use the 35mm Summicron with the M6 or the M3 or the Hexar RF.

What will you be up to? Let us know.

Attending a friend's wedding party. Trying to decide if I can stand to be "that guy", with the camera (other than a phone-cam) at a party. I'm sure my friend would appreciate some good pix though. Next decision -- film or digital? At this point it's between my Contax RX and my Sony A55. Will be using flash, so digital is tempting...

souped a roll of hp5 tonight. hope to get some scanning done tomorrow, then in the evening help babysit our grandson. i reckon i'll make a photo or two, somewhere, somehow ... :)

I shot HS football tonight. I'm taking my wife out for a birthday outing with friends - I'll shoot snapshots there. I have editing to catch up on.

Up here in Scotland the autumnal light is getting amazing as it always does this time of year. Great for landscape photography. I'm going up to Falkland Palace this afternoon for a family lunch in a cafe which might be interesting depending on the light, with my wife and siblings. Don't know what gear I'll take yet. It's pouring rain here this morning, and about 12c, and it's been a miserable summer weather wise.
