Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

I just got my work permit so I have to travel to Laos to exchange my visa at the Thai embassy. I'm going by van and there is flooding around. So I'm going to be photographing the journey. Approx 9 hours ride there.

edit: Oh and and bringing only a Ricoh GR1 and Olympus E-P1 (planning on shooting only 400 ISO b/w in the Ricoh but the E-P1 is backup in case I run out of film)
 
Right now I am walking around Shibuya and shooting with M6 as well as M2. Tonight I plan to be in Kabukicho with flash. Then tomorrow I am off to Kawasaki to shoot some Haloween parade. That's it.

Beautiful low autumn sunlight through the streets here now, Leica M4-P returned from a repair trip to Solms, so... out we go with the 28mm and the 50mm and a couple of rolls of film today.
 
This morning, I shot two rolls of film in my two Contax G1 cameras. One roll with the 90mm Sonnar and one roll with the 45mm Planar.

Beautiful cold evening sunset .... and I was there with the Contax G1 + 28mm Biogon, plus my phone camera too. What a wonderful colorful display it was. I used Fujicolor Reala in the G1.

The phone camera is not great at all, even though it is an 8 MP camera. The digital file looks weird to my eyes.

souped and scanned a roll of hp5 with lots of new shots of the granddaughters. also, the x100 arrived. started a steep learning curve, but i tell you, it is a nice cam; very barnack-ish ...
 
Mixed new batch of Kodak Rapid Fix. Marveled at the big layer of silver (I guess) that settled to the bottom when I poured the old batch in a see-through container and resolved to not make 1 gallon of the stuff last me a whole year again.

Scanned and Photoshopped the keepers from two rolls TMax400 35mm and one in 120mm that were developed yesterday. I hope to get into the darkroom next weekend.
 
It is nearly weekend again here. What will you be doing?

I will attend an arts festival in Pensacola on Sunday. Tomorrow is undecided yet.
It may be a good time for a Barnack.
 
i hope to get up shortly after sunrise, go to black creek, and exercise the x100; i may try to get into the city for a bit to look for some edges and angles and shadows amongst the autumn light.
 
i did, Raid, but i was teaching today and unable to "attend."
i've taught for three weeks straight. starting to look more like a job than fun ... ;)
 
Since Kodak is pulling the plug on another great film I want to load a camera with some Plus X & celebrate what a great film it was!
 
Just got home from the HS football game. I will edit photos tomorrow (actually later today). Then I will just chill on Sunday. I'm taking 30 kids to a robotics competition Monday - I'll shoot lots there. I'll shoot with the 75 lux mostly.
 
I got today in the mail a gorgeous looking Zeiss 5cm 2.8 for the Contax. I will use it tomorrow on a Leica with an adapter.
