Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

Sadly, I've had a mild but very inconvenient bout of food poisoning which has necessitated me remaining in close proximity to "the smallest room in the house". Assuming that I'm able to, I want to take my "new" Mamiya C3 / 65mm lenses out for a wander around a local forest. My Mamiya 7 will also be in attendance but I'd really like to capture some autumnal colour on and test the new gear.
 
Yesterday I spent a terrific time trying to drown a bunch of film at the St. Louis Zoo. I had planned a shooting field trip with students from my "Special Topics in Photography" course - which translates in to using a bunch of film cameras most of the students have never heard of - and some of the more intrepid of them actually showed up in some pretty soggy conditions! We had a wonderful time, drowned some film and some cameras, got back to campus in time to develop a roll or two, and now I'm sitting in much drier conditions grading student papers written about an exhibition of Stephen Shore's work during his time at Warhol's "Factory". So far it is more about correcting grammar and sentence structure than about content, but I'll get to that soon! Tomorrow I hope to go do some shooting of my own stuff, if it dries out a bit!

But if it doesn't, maybe I'll go anyhow!

I took my Voigtlander Bessa R2 with some Fomapan Classic 100 in it to Mid-South Pride, and shot about a roll and a half during the festival until the skies opened up and it quite literally rained on our parade. My other half was getting hungry by that time, so we bailed before we really wanted to.
 
Some full frame 35mm DSLR action. Minolta 50mm and 28-85mm.

Some Canon A-1 Across 100™ (two rolls) action (already developed).

Paying Fred Meyer™ to process some C-41 color and scan two B&W rolls on Sunday.

Basking (hopefully) in the afterglow of some good focusing.....
 
Today only postprocessing part of my huge backlog of scanned photos. The bad weather helps against my laziness...
 
It is about to be weekend again! Whoever invented the concept of "weekend" deserves a medal! I try each weekend to stay away from my research and teaching related work, and I dedicate my time to my family and to photography on the side. This weekend, it will be my first use of the M9.

What will you be up to this weekend? The weather is awesome, and while we have no fall colors in the trees here in Florida, the beaches are wonderful, and the blue sky, combined with warm sun rays make it a very comfortable experience for me to walk along the white beaches and take some photos.
 
Hope to get out and take more shots for my 5 shot 1 concept challenge. I have 1 so far, 4 to go..... 🙂

This is my first attempt at shooting a series, it goes totally against my style. I usually just go with the flow and hope for the best.
 
I wish there were more than 24 hours per day so that I have more time for photography on weekend.
I just bought a Retina III C with three lenses, so when it arrives here, I will use it. The old lenses rule.
 
Two rolls of Acros 120 to develop and a third one still in the camera...
Just got a Mamiya 145mm Soft Focus lens and I am checking it out...if I finish that roll I will definitely develop it too...
 
It is weekend again.
I used the M8 and M9 today as we had a nice day out with the family. We drove first to Fairhope Alabama, followed by the historic downtown of Pensacola where we got spme gelato.
