Hi, Raid...how are things in beautiful Pensacola today? Wish we were there!
The Nokton is indeed an LTM.. Haven't had a chance to develop the first roll yet and looking forward to results from the current roll of Double-X!!!

Hi Dave,
Pensacola is the usual, with rain once in a while and with the white sand beaches.
Brian likes the ltm version of the Nokton. Do you have it in black or in chrome?

Ah, cannot wait to get back there!
The ltm I am using is a beautiful black paint with hood although I am using a yellow filter at the moment for. XX film.
The black grip and A&A silk strap work nicely with the green verdigris leather especially now that the green has turned a gorgeous dark patina.
Just can't wait to see the images from the 1.5!

I am determined not to spend more money on lenses unless I sell some lenses first.
I like using the original 5cm 1.5 Zeiss Sonnar from the 1930's.

If the weather holds up, I'm going to spend some quality time with my old faithful Olympus C-7070WZ and a tripod at the arboretum.

I'm a novice, nervous street photographer. I did get out for some street photography in Uptown, Dallas, Texas, which is north of downtown about a mile. There are nice shops, a trolley, and sidewalk cafes. Well-to-do people hang out there on a Sunday morning.
In all of Dallas, I estimate that there is less than one square mile total area suitable for street photography, which I define as where people actually get out and walk around, or sit at tables by sidewalk cafes.
I used a Rolleiflex Gray Baby for my first walk through Uptown, and a Rolleiflex 2.8E for the next. I had pre-determined that I would not take pictures of the backsides of people, and to my surprise, nobody objected when I took their picture. I even received pleasant comments on both of the cameras from people. One fellow even asked me if I'd gotten a good picture of him. I said, "I tried!"

what?
My weekend photo op was last night at a garden wedding.
I came home with 389Mb of perfectly disposable trash.
Happily I was a guest and not the hired pro (who used a Canon and zoom that weighed as much as she did).
EDIT: great time of it though. My wife got to drive us home.

Funny Sunday!
My younger cousin after playing around with my LOMO 135BC, he decided to be more serious about photography... and he have found a praktica BCA electronic with a Prakticar 50/f1.8... anyway...
In his first roll he gathered friends and family after Sunday Lunch 12 persons. He hanged a red bed sheet on the wall and set up a series of pictures with 4 persons standing one next to the other being relaxed with their eyes shut...
He is thinking of editing the poses in order to create a 12 persons in a row image...
It is interesting and impressive what youngsters imagine and do for fun!
The whole concept was inspired by a painting that his GF works on...
;-) I will post an image when the project is ready...

It is weekend again.
I may use my Horizon 202 panorama camera, just for the heck of it (and because Keith inspired me to do it).
What are you up to?
