Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

You will vote. Right?

No, as nationality I'm german, I have no right to vote in Italy (yes I can only in local administrative elections, but not in the political).

My wife does, she already did!

PS: shot a few frames today with the FM2T but nothing interesting...

Great! I forgot about your case!
I am glad that your wife voted. Each vote is important.

We have rain today, so I have not done any photography yet.

This upcoming weekend includes Christmas Day.
What will you be doing then?

I took today photos of birds with two Nokton lenses. I had the original 50mm Nokton on the M9 while the modern aspheric ltm 50mm Nokton was on the M8.
Best,

Happy New Year!
How was your New Year Weekend?
We drove to Destin Beach (Florida) for a one-night escape from home. It was raining a lot, so I left my cameras home. My iPhone was sufficient.

I'm hoping to continue two of my homage projects:
photographing monuments, inspired by Friedlander, and
photographing readers, inspired by Kertész.

I also must select the fotos I'll circulate as the last phase of my mail art project.

It is now Friday in the USA. The weather looks good, and I will go out and take some photos. We have on Monday a holiday, so we have a three day weekend. I will take some beach photos. Maybe, I will try out some wide angle lenses on my M9 to figure out what I have and what I need. I posted a few days ago a thread on RFF on which wide angle lenses may be most suitable for the M9.

What are your plans for the weekend?

I had planned to go out exploring Geneva with the Leica M-E and a wide lens until I read the weather forecast.... snowfall and near freezing temperatures.

I am sorry for the cold weather in your hometown, Peter. We have warm weather.

Ugh, I'd love some warm weather. It's been cold up here in New England. This weekend I'll be sneaking photos of my parents around the house. I've been trying to capture more moments of their day-to-day life. I shoot the weekly 11:30am service at my church for their social media, so it'll be DSLR time tomorrow.

The cold is here for the moment in northeastern VT too. Glorious clear blue sky, but near 0. I'm planning on swapping some film advance levers I got in this morning from DAG, and continuing to try and fix my darkroom heat. Zone valve started leaking a few weeks ago, but since the valve has been replaced I can't get the room warmer than 66, and it runs all the time. Replaced the thermostat yesterday, but without much effect as of bedtime.

Reception at the local arts council this evening. I’m taking along either my SX-70 or Polaroid 100 pack film camera and take some portraits.

We have a 3-day weekend, so today was still a "weekend" day. I used the W-Nikkor 35/1.8 on the M8 and I used the Rokkor M 28/2.8 on the M9, taking photos of Pelicans and other birds at some piers around sunset time.

No photos for me this weekend, preparing a small bag for a short Valentine trip with my wife in the Alps, M7+ 50 cron + delta100 +yellow filter + ND filter

PS: also did some work on the dummy of my book...
