Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

Although my daughter tells me it's snowing in Calgary, Alberta this morning, spring has come to BC, Canada, so picture making must wait on chores. Garden beds and grass mowing for me.

This thread has been quiet since I left on a trip over 3 weeks ago. It is time to have you guys share with us your weekend plans.

I will try to download images from my M8, M9 and iPhone to my computer and/or external drives, as a first step for a post on our road trip (with Robert) from Berlin to Copenhagen, to Oslo, to Bergen, and then back to Berlin. Robert had a "slightly" longer drive!

What will you be up to this weekend?

There will be saturday afternoon and sunday all day and evening a street Festival in my neighborhood because of the S.Johannes fest, with food, music, drinks and other activities.

Last year I took photos with the m10 and 28 5.6 summaron this year I think I'll use the 35 cron just for a little change. Or I'll stay with the 28...

Not yet downloaded the photos from our road trip (yes from Italy I drove 5.700 km LOL) I'll download them next week!

Friday evening here in the UK .
Shot a load of horse pics for a friend today …. so the usual for me.

Had a walk along the beach this evening
Off to a country dog show tomorrow

It is Friday in the USA, and the weekend is just waiting for us to do some photography. I will meet with a fellow RFF member for coffee in the morning. We are both Leica equipment fans.

What will you be up to?

Summertime (finally) means street fairs in northern Michigan. Tonight I walked around with my Nikon F2 and a few lenses. Tomorrow I'll bring along my Canon F-1. Sunday my Leicaflex. All film obviously.

Our daughter came to visit for a few days over this last weekend. So wife, daughter and self went to Helmsley Walled Garden (North Yorkshire), 25 minutes away. W. left her Leica at home!!!! D. used her 'phone I had my Leica 3f. & Weston Euromaster. A veritable blaze of colour in bright sun-light. All preceded by a superb lunch at a favourite café (e acute???) and closed with tea and scones at the Garden.

Spent couple of hours yesterday morning at the National Gallery of Art in DC observing and shooting, ended up with 3-4 shots that I liked Then spend a couple of hours in the afternoon at an informal photo critique held by the Leica store in DC, 6-8 people shared the work including a photographer who was working on very nice series shooting Fuji CS200 35mm film and another by a photographer working a nice serious of Judist Priest concert shots with her Type 109.

It is Friday again!
I will take some photos locally as our beaches are beautiful.

What are your plans for the upcoming weekend?

It is weekend! We have warm weather here in Pensacola, but it is not as hot as what some locations in Europe are experiencing.
I drove to our beaches yesterday, and I used the M3 with the Hologon and the M8 with the 75mm Lux.

What are you doing this weekend?

After days with temperature very high ( >35 °C - 90 °F) and much humidity weather is now changing: storms, heavy rain and probably hail are in the forecast, lower temperature is welcome but related effects not so much!

I'll stay home, trying to put some order and more organization in my studio.

If no problem with electricity I'll start to scan my "2019 road trip polaroids", a few of which I'll post on RFF !

Waiting to see your M3 Hologon photos !

Anyone else has program for the weekend?

robert

Hi Robert,
Your Polaroid photos all very very artistic and should be posted at RFF.
Same goes for your photos with the M10 and the 28mm Summaron.

I reached one month of photographic abstinence:bang:
One heat wave after another and tomorrow thunderstorms.
In May I loaded with Provia 3 cameras. The frame counters range from 10 to 28. Normally I take a digital too with me (beside my cell of course).

If we get motivated, we'll head up to Sault Ste. Marie for their "Rendevous" festival. Other than that, I have an underwater model shoot next week. I will definitely be preparing for that.
