Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

It is Friday!a
We have sunny weather and no rain forecast. It had been around a high of 94F for many days now. It is supposed to be fall. The Sunny 16 rule still applies!

I will try to set aside the Hologon so that I go back to using other lenses.

What are your weekend plans?

I'l be photographing a bunch of artist dressed up like Van Gogh this morning, using Ektar 100 in my Canon VI-T rangefinder. Fall color season is also upon us, so will pull out some sort of camera and start taking fall color pics. BTW, freeze warnings for tonight, a far cry from your 90's.

No fall colors here. Then again, this afternoon, the monsoon rain was flying horizontally...and I forgot to bring my rain poncho... This weekend, more in-house explorations.

Spent the day at a gardening market-exhibition, Como's lake. I took a few frames with the M10 to keep practicing...

On sunday a walk in the moor I took a few photos with the M7 and a Lomography Purple Film...

By the way only very few photos form the gardening exhibitions of last friday satisfied me, the place was too crowded for my way to photograph!

One weekend ago, I went on my annual photowalk during the football Grand Final day in Melbourne. When everyone else is glued to the television or in a pub watching the game, every year I visit camera shops, art galleries, and have a quiet meal away from the crowds. I started this in the 2000s and have been doing it for over 12 years. It's one of my favourite days of the year.

It is Sunday. My weekend has been busy so far. Yesterday I took Lina to Pensacola Beach. She needed some clams for her science fair experiment on Oxygen uptake (metabolic rates) of clams under different temperature to test for differences that may arise with in creasing climate changes. We were at Pensacola Beach, so I took photos there.

How has so far your weekend been going?

Just got back from a fall color tour. We needed to shop in a nearby town so I took along my Canon VI-T rangefinder and some Ektar. Took the long way home. Stunning colors this year, but it's also cold and wet (with some snow mixed in). I'll finish off the roll tomorrow, then process.

It is Friday!
The weather has changed to autumn weather! It was about time to leave high temperatures in the 90's F. There may be some rain tonight and tomorrow.
We will have a family weekend, and I enjoy such weekends with wife and two daughters. If the weather is OK, I will take photos at some beaches.

What are you planning for the weekend?

Headed to Filson headquarters in Seattle for a workshop on Re-waxing tin cloth! My Filson-Magnum bag is NOT waterproof anymore:rolleyes:

Then maybe head over to Lake City Way to check out the new "Shot on Film" location and donate some unused gear:)

I the weekend I had the exhibition of my Polaroids work, with a selection from the last 20 years including our roadtrip to Norway!

Glad to say it was a positive expereince with very nice and interesting comments and conversations.

We cannot add photos in this thread but you can have a preview from my blog here.

Now some relax than back to my next project!

Spent Friday evening setting up the Nodal Ninja 3 pano head with my new (2nd hand) 90mm APO. After some careful calibration and lots of test shots I managed to find the point of no parallax error so I'm now ready to take some high definition panoramas of Istanbul.

The tricky part will be to find the right location and lighting. The bosphoros certainly won't be an easy subject, particularly with the traffic and possible stitching issues across frames!

My weekend has been a good one. The sky was blue and it was not cold. I took some photos at the beach. I used the M8 with a 50/1.4 Pentax.

How was your weekend?

Firearm deer season in Northern Michigan, and I ended up photographing a "buck pole," which is where hunters hang their deer that they shot. I used a Canon VI-T rangefinder and 25/3.5 lens, On Ferrania P30. I developed the negs this morning, tomorrow I scan.
