One more sign that capitalism has gone astray. I remember the Virgin Mary in a grilled cheese sandwich but this one? It's just too weird. What's gonna be next? 🙄

not sure that this is capitalism gone astray- I have to believe that the bidders are just goofing around, and have no intention of paying up.

now the whole credit mess is another story. Makes me wonder why I am responsible, given that there are no consequences for some of the greedy folks who caused this situation

Have you checked the price of corn lately? The increasing use of ethanol made from corn is pushing prices out of sight. I strongly reccommend our members switch to rice crispies, but not suddenly, in order to avoid a price spike. As for myself, I prefer oatmeal.
